Our continuous training programs are designed by Premier Homecare Services to have specialized curriculums. We also recommend any other training programs that would be relevant to home care like the one available through The Alzheimer Society.

We take care of our employees by offering competitive wages, and bonding and insuring our staff. The services we offer are non-medical and can include assisting with meal planning and preparation, errands, incidental transportation, laundry, light housekeeping, monitoring for bath safety, medication reminders, incontinence issues and many other needed activities of daily living! Furthermore, there are medical/nursing services we can provide but that may depend on the nature of the service and the location. Please call for a full list of specific tasks.

Additional skills you may want to include (but are not required to):

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Access to a Vehicle
  • Knowing Multiple Languages
  • PSW certification

We are very proud of our team of caregivers and select them very carefully before joining our team. They are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Also, we do not supply sponsorship to work in Canada, so you must have valid legal work status in Canada.

Prior to hiring we are required to check:

  • Criminal & Sexual Offence Background
  • References
  • Driver Motor Vehicle Status
  • If you have a valid CPR & First Aid Certifications (Mandatory)
